The Full Service Planning package is an all-inclusive planning and design experience. It includes the all hands on deck approach. You receive unlimited attention during the entire planning process to ensure we create a magazine worthy wedding. From on-site visits and vendor meetings to design creation and execution we will handle every detail to ensure you enjoy the complete planning process of your wedding.
The Full Service Planning Package is just right for those who live a very busy life. We handle the daily responsibilities that can make the planning process difficult to coordinate. It is all our goal to remove the stress and create a fun planning experience!
PARTIAL EVENT PLANNING

Assist in vendor selection; that includes emails, phone calls, and recommendations.

Review and advisement for all vendor contracts upon request.

Budget creation and monitoring.

Monthly email reminder of planning progress to ensure we are on top of everything.

On-site assistance with event and floral design.

Assistance in reservation of Hotel Room block.

EVENT MANAGEMENT
$4500

Scheduled 8 week progress meeting leading up to the event.

Design and decor meeting.

Initial consultation via zoom or in person beginning at execution of this contract.

Provided the preferred vendor list, upon request.

Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors that will be distributed to all no less than one week prior to the wedding day.

Wedding rehearsal and logistics.

Setup of all decor items for ceremony and reception, not previously contracted out for setup by your vendors.

Clean up, packing, and delivery of all decor items at the end of reception.

Distribution of final payment and gratuities to all vendors at end of reception.

On-site supervision of all vendors during the contracted time with the venue. (This includes deliveries and pickups.)

Following the completion of the reception, we will assist in loading all personal items and gifts into an assigned vehicle.
