- Everything from the “Event Management” package. - Assist in vendor selection, that includes emails, phone calls, and recommendations. - Review and advisement for all vendor contracts upon request. - Budget creation and monitoring. - Monthly email reminder of planning progress to ensure we are on top of everything. - On-site assistance with event and floral design. - Assistance in reservation of Hotel Room block. - Event Design Board creation and management.
