Service Description
- Scheduled 8 week progress meeting leading up to the event. - Design and decor meeting. - Initial consultation via zoom or in person beginning at execution of this contract. - Provided the preferred vendor list, upon request. - Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors that will be distributed to all no less than one week prior to the wedding day. - Wedding rehearsal and logistics. - Setup of all decor items for ceremony and reception, not previously contracted out for setup by your vendors. - Clean up, packing, and delivery of all decor items at the end of reception. - Distribution of final payment and gratuities to all vendors at end of reception. - On-site supervision of all vendors during the contracted time with the venue. (This includes deliveries and pickups.) - Following the completion of the reception, we will assist in loading all personal items and gifts into an assigned vehicle.
